Products Chemical Company was founded in 1942.  Our first manufacturing plant was located on Cleveland's East Side.   The company management, led by president John Stibrick, is committed to staying in Cleveland.  Growth meant twice relocating to larger facilities.  Since 1980 Products Chemical has been located within Cleveland’s mid-town corridor.  A competent team of technical, production, warehouse and office personnel manages manufacturing and distribution. 

The company began manufacturing a very limited product line.  It specialized in acid bowl and washroom cleaners.  The rapid acceptance of those quality products enabled the company to expand its product line and customer base at a rapid rate.  Today we produce over 260 branded as well as private labeled all purpose cleaners, aerosols, detergents, disinfectants, metal polishes, soaps, floor finishes, carpet care and other specialty sanitary maintenance products for hundreds of jan-san customers in the industrial, commercial and institutional markets.  Our supply channel is handled exclusively through distributors across the country.

Through acquisitions and internal research and development, the company has risen to its present position in the top 10% among jan-san manufacturers.  Products Chemical devotes constant attention to environmental issues and continually responds with products to meet these changing requirements.  Manufacturing has been automated to insure products of quality delivered  on a timely basis.  We have production and packaging capabilities ranging from aerosols, quarts, gallons, pails and drum to totes.

Among our most outstanding successes are bowl cleaners, disinfectants, floor finishes and heavy-duty industrial products.  Centrally located between Midwestern and Middle Atlantic states, the company delivers these products and all of its merchandise quickly and economically to its customer base.  Prompt delivery and staff support are important components of the Company’s overall commitment.  In the field they are represented by a combination of manufacturer’s representatives and direct marketing personnel.

Products Chemical and its people are dedicated to constantly providing superior product, excellent service and support, and favorable pricing to its customers.  The company maintains a full service graphics arts department that can design and print labeling and literature of most any style to suit distributor’s specific needs. 

Our PCC Institute offers training classes both in our Cleveland training center as well as on-site for the customer in various topics including Haz-Mat and power forklift operation.  We have training manuals, videos and demonstratons available to assist customers in end user training.

Products Chemical is active in the local and regional business communities.  It is a member of the International Sanitary Association (ISSA) and the Ohio sanitary supply trade association, O.S.S.A.  Products Chemical annually displays its wares at the I.S.S.A. Convention and exposition.
